Good Morning.  On behalf of FONG’S Industries Co. Ltd., I also would like to welcome you to attend this significant event.  2011 is a remarkable year of FONG’S since we became member of China Hi-Tech Group.
　　早上好！我謹(jǐn)代表香港立信工業(yè)有限公司歡迎各位前來參加此次重要活動(dòng)。2011年對立信工業(yè)來說是輝煌的一年，這一年我們與中國恒天集團(tuán)成為一家。

FONG’S merged into CHTC
　　立信工業(yè)與中國恒天集團(tuán)合并

The founder of FONG’S Industries - Mr. Fong Sou Lam sold his majority of shares to China Hi-Tech Group on June. And Mr. Fong senior now remain as our honorable chairman and executive director.
　　在6月份，立信工業(yè)的創(chuàng)始人方壽林先生將其大部分股份出售給了中國恒天集團(tuán)。目前方先生擔(dān)任我們的榮譽(yù)主席兼執(zhí)行董事。

During an earlier press conference held in Shanghaitex exhibition on June, Mr. Zhang Jie, the chairman of China Hi-Tech Group expressed that through the strategic acquisition of FONG’S Industries, it not only makes FONG’S Industries as the most important global platform for China Hi-Tech group to strengthen it’s dyeing and finishing machinery manufacturing business, it also fulfills the responsibility of China Hi-Tech group to further promote the nationality of the textile industry, and realize the approach from “Textile Great Nation” to “Textile Strong Nation”.

As you may aware that our theme for this ITMA of Barcelona is “One-stop GREEN innovation”, which represents our corporate strategy to serve our customers under one single stop of supplies, pre-sales & after-sales services.
　　您可能意識(shí)到此次巴塞羅那ITMA上我們的主題就是“一站式環(huán)保創(chuàng)新”，這代表了我們公司為我們客戶提供一站式供應(yīng)、售前服務(wù)和售后服務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略。

FONG’S Industries will exhibit various dyeing and finishing equipment among our brands namely FONG’S, THEN and GOLLER, and the yarn conditioning technology of XORELLA brand in the spinning section of the event.
　　在展會(huì)的紡紗展上，立信工業(yè)將展出立信、特恩（THEN）和高樂（GOLLER）等品牌的各種染整設(shè)備，同時(shí)還帶來紗力拉（XORELLA）品牌的紗線給濕技術(shù)。

Among all the exhibits, may I highlight to all of you on the grand launching of FONG’S brand TEC series high temperature dyeing machine and THEN brand LOTUS series airflow dyeing machine.

“ZERO DISCHARGE – Minimize Fresh Water Consumption

To cope with the new arrangement of ITMA organizer by having a unique research and education pavilion in conjunction with the ITMA event, our member company FWT – FONG’S Water Technology together with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) will jointly present the waste water recycling treatment in the Research and Education Pavilion of the project “ZERO DISCHARGE – Minimize Fresh Water Consumption.
　　為了配合ITMA主辦方在ITMA展會(huì)上設(shè)立一個(gè)獨(dú)特的研究和教育館這一新安排，立信工業(yè)旗下公司立信水務(wù)科技有限公司（FWT）將會(huì)同香港科技大學(xué)（HKUST）在“零排放－盡量減少新水耗量”項(xiàng)目的研究和教育館中展出廢水回收處理技術(shù)。

FONG’S Industries strives for continual development to be one stop supplier of not only dyeing and finishing equipments, but also aiming at technological solution for our customer to meet their buyer’s increasing green & carbon foot print concern.

Zhongshan New Factory
　　中山新廠

Last but not the least; I would like to give everyone a brief updates on our new Zhongshan factory project. We have bought a total of 334,520 sq. meters of land in Linhai Industrial Park of Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan respectively in 2010 and 2011. Partial construction works is currently under steady progress.  An additional of 186,000 sq. meters of land is expected to be purchased in later this year or early next year.  The overall investment of this project is approximately RMB822 million equivalent to USD130 million.  Upon completion of this relocation project, our Zhongshan plant will be approximately 5 times of our existing Shenzhen Factory.
　　最后，我想給大家簡單介紹下我們中山新廠項(xiàng)目的最近進(jìn)展。我們分別于2010年和2011年在中山火炬高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)的林海工業(yè)園購置了總計(jì)334，520平方米的土地。部分施工工程目前正在穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)中。預(yù)計(jì)今年年末或者明年年初將追加購置186,000平方米的土地。本項(xiàng)目的總投資大概是8.22億人民幣（合1.3億美元）。在本搬遷項(xiàng)目完工之時(shí)，我們的中山工廠將會(huì)是我們現(xiàn)有深圳工廠的大概五倍的規(guī)模。
