JL提花割圈絨地毯織機(jī)系列是本公司積累多年專(zhuān)業(yè)織造技術(shù)與圓編機(jī)械原理精心研制而成，為國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng)，具有國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。

本系列機(jī)采用國(guó)際領(lǐng)先的日本W(wǎng)AC公司壓電陶瓷選針器，丹麥產(chǎn)丹佛斯變頻調(diào)速器，英國(guó)產(chǎn)鋼絲跑道，同時(shí)配備的自動(dòng)加油裝置可根據(jù)圓機(jī)不同部位所需的不同油量而調(diào)定每個(gè)潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)的加油量。 

本系列機(jī)適用晴綸、丙綸、滌綸、尼龍、棉紗、羊毛、人造絲等各種紗線(xiàn)，并可根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行一至四色的平面割絨、圈絨、高割低圈、高低圈絨以及高割高圈織物編織。圖案設(shè)計(jì)可使用Photoshop、CorelDraw等通用設(shè)計(jì)軟件，并使用USB移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備輸入圖案。該機(jī)采用LCD液晶熒幕觸控系統(tǒng)，操作簡(jiǎn)便，清楚易懂。

本系列機(jī)具有占地小，效率高，能耗低，無(wú)尾紗浪費(fèi)等特點(diǎn)，可編織出各種平面、立體圖案，廣泛適用于地毯、掛毯、工藝飾品、玩具及床上用品的生產(chǎn)。

JL09 Computerized Jacquard Loop Cut Knitting Machine

Introduction:

JL Jacquard loop cut carpet knitting machine series are developed by the combination of the knitting technology we accumulated many years and the principle of the latest knitting machine. This machine is a creation in China and reaches advanced level in the world.

This series machine adopts best quality parts like Japanese WAC piezo-ceramics selectors, Denmark Danfoss frequency transformer for speed adjusting, Britain brand steel wire track and auto-oiler that supply oil as requirement in different place.

This series machine is applied in materials like acrylic, polypropylene, polyester, nylon, cotton, wool, rayon and so on. It can make one to four color fabric in plain cut, plain loop, high cut low loop, high loop low loop and high cut high loop. User can use program like photoshop, coreldraw to make any design, then use any USB movable memory input the pattern. This machine adopts LCD operation touch board, which makes operation facilitated, clear and easily be understood.
 
This series machine with characteristics like small land occupancy, high efficiency, low power cost, no yarn wasted. It can make all kinds of plane and solid pattern, which widely applied in making of carpet, tapestry, handicraft, toy, bedding and so on.
