烘房  

RRYER OF ROTARY SEREEN PPINTIN MCHINE
進(jìn)布有平進(jìn)或斜進(jìn)布兩種，烘房采用三層穿布，積木式設(shè)計(jì)，每室烘房有二只循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)、四只散熱器，噴風(fēng)由上、中、下三處同時(shí)直接噴向織物表面。
散熱器：鋁輥軋片式，散熱面積約70㎡
熱源：蒸氣或油加熱
蒸發(fā)量：150kgH2O/h(室)
烘房溫度：蒸汽：100-120℃
油加熱：100-160℃
室數(shù)：4室（有效穿布長(zhǎng)度24米）（可根據(jù)要求增加或減少）

There are two approaches of fabric-inpuf:horizontal and declining,3-level of fabric penetration is used for dried-room with block-style designed,each of which have two circulating fans and four radiators.Fabric surface are blew from upper,middle,bottom directions.

        布車落布由氣動(dòng)角位儀控制，落布輥表面包覆糙面橡皮，壓布輥裝置采用手動(dòng)壓布并配有靜電消磁裝置。

         Fabric-output is controlled by pneumatic angle apparatus,whose roller is wrapped with coarse eraser on the surface;
