結構說明
定子：
定子鐵心嵌完繞組后經浸漬處理成為一個完整體，紅組及絕緣具有良好的電氣、機械、防潮性能及熱穩(wěn)定性。
電動機的絕緣等級為B級。
轉子：
采用熱套或冷壓工藝將鑄鋁轉子固定在軸上，轉子經校正平衡，電機運轉平衡，振動小。
接線盒：
具有良好的密封性能，盒內有較大空腔，出線口有鎖緊裝置，并可從與電動機軸線平行或垂直的四個方向任意出線。從軸伸端視之，出線盒在機座的右邊。按用戶需要，80-160機座的出線盒亦可在左邊。
風扇、風罩：
全系列風扇與軸采用鍵配合，運轉可靠。
風罩由薄鋼板拉伸后沖孔制成，風路順暢，外形美觀，剛性好。
軸承及軸承室：
全系列采用電機專用軸承，80-132機座在軸伸端軸承室內裝有波形彈簧片，可消除軸承游隙，有效地抑制電動機運行時的振動和噪聲。
Construction:
Stator:
After the treatment of impregnation, the winding of the stator becomes an integral, with insulation highly resistant to both heat and moisture and possessing good electrical and mechanical properties. insulation is B class.
Rotor:
The cast aluminium rotor is to be fitted to the shaft by means of shrinkage or pression and it ensures the smooth operation and small vibration after being dynamically blanced.
Terminal Box:
As despatched from works, all motors have a capacious and fully-sealed terminal box with a location device on the outlet. The terminal box is designed to permit cable entry in any of the four directions at 90° intervals.
Cooling Fan and Fan Housing:
The cooling fan is cooperated with the shaft by means of a key. The operation of fan is reliable. The fan housing made of sheet steel is rigid and ventilated to match the modern appearance and is in conformity with Protection IP44.
Bearing and Bearing Room:
Special bearings for motor are used.In the bearing-room at the drive end of Frame 80-132 a spring blade is arranged so as to prevent the movement of the bearings and effectively to control the vibration and noise while the motor is running.
